RARITEES LEGAL NOTICE & TERMS OF SERVICE Last Updated: April 15, 2026 This Legal Notice governs the purchase and use of apparel manufactured and sold by Raritees. By purchasing a garment, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions regarding the unique nature of our products. 1. Individual Numbering & Rarity Each Raritees garment is individually numbered to signify its place within a limited production run. These numbers are assigned at the point of production. Raritees does not guarantee the specific secondary market value or "collectibility" of any item based on its assigned number. 2. QR Code Integration & Social Connectivity Raritees offers an optional feature where a unique QR code is printed directly onto the garment. This QR code is designed to link to a URL or social media profile provided by the customer at the time of purchase. USER RESPONSIBILITY: It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to ensure the destination URL is accurate, active, and contains content that complies with all local, state, and international laws. 3. Limitation of Liability & "What Happens Next" The QR code facilitates a digital interaction between the wearer and a third party (the "Scanner"). Raritees expressly disclaims any and all liability arising from these interactions. By wearing a garment featuring a QR code, you acknowledge that: Raritees has no control over who scans the code or the physical location where the scan occurs. Raritees is not responsible for the nature of the interactions, messages, or followers resulting from the scan. Raritees is not liable for any harassment, privacy breaches, data collection by third-party platforms, or unwanted physical or digital contact that may occur following a scan. The wearer assumes all risks associated with publicly displaying a link to their digital identity. 4. Content Standards Raritees reserves the right to refuse the printing of QR codes that link to content deemed illegal, promoting hate speech, or violating intellectual property rights. However, Raritees does not monitor • • • • destination links after the point of sale and is not responsible for changes made to the destination content by the user. 5. Indemnification The purchaser agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Raritees, its officers, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of the use of the QR code feature or the content linked therein. © 2026 RARITEES.
